Armored Hull Return and Guarantee Policy

Labor and product warranty is 30 days. Parts only carry manufactures warranty. If I fail to pay for the completed work / liner install / liner removal I understand we will have a mechanics lien placed on the vessel and exercise the right to seek unpaid damages in a court of law. If collection is required by a lawsuit or any other method I agree to pay interest until paid in full. Other fees you may responsible to pay are collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fee. I agree not to hold Armored Hull Marine Products liable for loss or damages caused by theft, fire, or an act of nature beyond Armored Hull Marine Products scope.

After ordering and payment of 50% is received your liner will be installed within 72 hours. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required on installation or removal of liner(s). For cancellation call 619.578.5979 our direct office number.

Payment:

• (50%) of liner cost is due prior to installation remainder of balance to be paid at the time of final install.
• $350.00 liner install charge is not included in the price of the liner and payment is required in full prior to installation.
• If needed, a charge of $350.00 for liner removal, to be paid in full prior to removal.
